Was referred to Capital Oral & Facial Surgery by our orthodontist. One call to them and I immediately decided we'd not be using them. There may be pleasant people among their staff, but the customer service person I spoke with was immediately curt, unkind and rude. Customer service starts with the person answering the phone. They need to have better customer service at their front desk.
