Absolutely terrible service by the nursing staff. We have been at the Raleigh facility for a minor surgery. After a consultation, I had an insurance question which the staff said she’ll check with Doctor and will get back to me via text message. I didn’t hear anything back from the staff afterwards. Next day I called the front desk and explicitly asked how they’ll communicate. They again said they’ll send a text message. I didn’t hear anything from them again. I called again later that day because the next day is our surgery and during the consultation we were informed that the surgery will be at Brier Creek location. However, we didn’t have any other communication. Called them again and the front desk apologized and gave me the address. When asked about the medication that we need to take on the day prior to the surgery, at first we were given incorrect instructions and when asked that it would be local numb the nurse gave different instructions. On the day of the surgery at Brier Creek location, we were given a light blue paper that says post operative instructions, it doesn’t say anything about what medication we need to take. The patient is having tooth ache now and I am trying to reach out to the nursing staff since morning and I cannot get hold of them. Front desk staff says they’ll connect to the nursing staff and will call me back and I didn’t hear back from them. It’s absolutely horrible service.

Dr. Manski and her entire staff were wonderful. I had a very positive experience, and if I ever have to do this kind of thing again, (tooth extraction and bone graft) I’m going to try and make sure that she is the one who does it. I felt safe and comfortable.
