DON'T YOU DARE THINK ABOUT PASSING THIS OFFICE FOR YOUR ORAL/FACIAL SURGICAL NEEDS!!!!!! To give some context, our original appointment was at 12 noon. They called the Friday before and asked did I want to change it to 12 because it was two patients and not one. Sure, I said but then my car starter went out the day before, so I was already stressed. We arrived before 7 a.m., and thankfully they opened right at 7. We were checked in and in the back by 7:30. The process was smooth, efficient, and handled with complete confidence. As someone who takes matters concerning my children very seriously, I can honestly say they were as close to perfect as you can get. Both of my children had their wisdom teeth extracted on the same day, which is a lot for any parent—but they completed everything in about 40–45 minutes. Truly impressive! A special shoutout to Ms. Jackie and Dr. Cook—they were outstanding. Ms. Jackie, in particular, was an absolute gem. As someone who works in healthcare myself, I appreciated not only her kindness but also the time she took to educate us in areas we weren’t familiar with. She brought such a light, fun, and understanding energy that immediately put my kids at ease. We even shared more than a few laughs, which was the perfect way to start such a big day. It costs nothing to be kind, and this team showed that in every interaction. I deeply appreciate great healthcare professionals and people who genuinely care. Kudos to everyone there—you’ve earned a loyal client and will be telling everyone about Capital Oral and Facial Surgery at Midtown Raleigh!
