I just submitted my complaint with the NC Board of Dental Examiners for lack of reasonable accommodation and denial of service due to my disability. I made reasonable accommodations for my daughters appointment and was denied service. You are, by law, required to offer reasonable accommodations. Not only did you fail to do that, you denied my own reasonable accommodation. You have no idea what type of Pandoras box you've opened up for your company. 2025 has been the year the wicked fall and this company isn't exempt. Shame on all of you. I'm grateful such a wicked nasty person didnt have the chance to do surgery on my child.
